As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the social atmosphere for meeting fellow travelers. The owner, Puthea, provided excellent service including tuc tuc pick up, arranging jungle trips, and even offering scooter rental with free driving lessons.
The service felt exceptional, with nothing being too much trouble.

Family House & Trekking offers a variety of treks and tours to explore the beautiful landscapes of the area and get in touch with nature. The facilities are well-crafted and cozy, with options for both dorms and private rooms. The host and his family are incredibly welcoming and make you feel at home. They go above and beyond to accommodate any changes or needs, making sure you have a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for experiencing a real Cambodian family and the stunning highlands.

What an incredible experience! The host, Mr Puthea, was an absolute gem, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The guesthouse was simply stunning, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. I never even needed to turn on the fan at night, as the cool breeze was heavenly. And who needs a room when you have the option to sleep outside after 10 PM? The restaurant may only serve Khmer food, but let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. Mr Puthea's sister is a culinary genius! We were so comfortable here that we extended our stay multiple times. The food, with lots of fresh fruit for breakfast and dinner, was simply mind-blowing. Plus, just across the street, there was a charming coffee shop with a jaw-dropping view. The only slight downside was the occasional noise at night, but that was due to religious festivities, which made it even more special. If you're looking for a lovely place to stay with an amazing family, I can't recommend this place enough. Trust me, you won't regret it!

had an amazing valentine's day at a cozy place in Banlung! family-run, clean rooms, delicious homemade meals, and a friendly atmosphere. owner helped with everything, from transportation to organizing jungle trips. even had scooter rental and free driving lessons. exceeded expectations!
